If we do not receive a personalization request from you on the same day as your cleared payment we will assume that none is wanted and your cake topper will ship with NO MESSAGE.
RETURNS can only be made if we make a MISTAKE in your order. Since these are edible products they can't be resold and therefore IT CAN'T BE RETURNED simply because you change your mind or wanted a personalization and FAILED to inform me.

The transit/delivery time listed on my description shipping info is an estimate, and NOT a guarantee.
A business day is any day Monday thru Friday. A business day is not Saturday or Sunday or any holidays.
Refunds will not be issued for cake images that do not arrive on time.
I strive to offer a fast mail service, however I have no control overthe USPS transit time and CAN’T GUARANTEE the date you will receive your order.
